Private customers (B2C)

As a consumer, you are entitled to a two-year statutory warranty for conformity of goods as applicable in the EU when purchasing our products. You can exercise this right if the purchased goods do not correspond to the description or do not function as intended.

Business customers (B2B)

For businesses as defined by the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the statutory warranty period is one year, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty can be claimed if the goods are defective upon delivery.
