1. General
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to orders placed through our official online shop at:
It supplements the statutory consumer rights under Austrian law and does not limit or restrict them.
The statutory right of withdrawal and the corresponding Withdrawal Notice remain unaffected.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance selling contracts.

3. Returns Due to Product Defects
If a product is defective or if an incorrect or damaged item has been delivered, the statutory warranty rights shall apply.

This will help us process your request more efficiently.
Depending on the individual case, we may, for example:
- provide technical support;
- supply replacement parts;
- offer a replacement product; or
- issue a refund.
4. Registering a Return
We recommend that you contact us by email before returning any goods so that we can process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please provide, where possible, the following information:
- Order number
- Name
- Reason for the return
- Photographs or videos, where applicable
Our customer service team generally responds within two business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a statutory withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.
Where the goods are defective or an incorrect or damaged item has been delivered, WANFU Trading GmbH will bear the reasonable costs of the return shipment.
Any further statutory rights of the consumer shall remain unaffected.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within the time limits prescribed by applicable law.
The actual time required for the funds to be credited may depend on the respective payment service provider or financial institution.
7. Diminution in Value of the Goods
In the event of a statutory withdrawal, the goods may be inspected only to the extent that would be possible in a physical retail store.
If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in their value, such diminution in value may be taken into account when processing the refund in accordance with applicable law.
The statutory rights of the consumer shall remain unaffected.
8. Exchanges
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not currently available.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions and then place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation
As long as an order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to accommodate cancellation requests wherever possible.
However, there is no legal entitlement to cancel an order prior to dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, the statutory consumer rights and our Withdrawal Notice shall apply.
