Shipping Policy for Private Customers
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.
Order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING COUNTRIES / REGIONS
To Austria and Germany: €10 per order
To all other EU countries: €15 per order
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100
Note: Shipping costs will only be displayed at checkout after entering the delivery address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Once the goods have been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

B2B SHIPPING COSTS
For approved B2B / dealer customers, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total cart weight.
- These shipping conditions apply exclusively to approved B2B / dealer accounts.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and shipping carrier.
- Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout after entering the delivery address.
