PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Two-layer filtration: The upgraded espresso filter basket features a two-layer design. The inner filter prevents ultra-fine particles from escaping, while the outer filter improves extraction efficiency and supports the inner mesh.
- Pressure extraction: The extraction quality of the VST espresso filter basket depends on the number and size of its perforations. With 745 laser-drilled perforations, our espresso filter basket ensures a more uniform extraction and increases the purity and sweetness of the espresso.
- Robust and durable: The portafilter filter basket is entirely made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, offering corrosion and oxidation resistance. The bottom of the powder bowl is reinforced with a thickness of 0.8 mm to prevent deformation under high pressure.
- Improved coffee taste: The upgraded design with straight sides and a flat bottom promotes even and stable extraction, ensuring consistent interaction between liquid and coffee grounds. Suitable for 2.3" (58.5 mm) coffee portafilters, capacity: 0.5 oz (15 g), recommended coffee powder: 0.5 - 0.6 oz (15 - 17 g).

The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING COUNTRIES/REGIONS
- Shipping to Austria and Germany costs €10 per order.
- Shipping to all other EU countries is €15 per order.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.
Note: These shipping costs will only be displayed at checkout after you have entered your address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once the goods are on their way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@mhw3bomber.at.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
