PRODUCT INFORMATION
The MHW-3BOMBER CD Series Espresso Tamper with Ripple Base is designed for consistent and controlled tamping of coffee grounds in the portafilter. Its spring-assisted construction combines a self-leveling mechanism with automatic return, helping maintain a straight and repeatable tamping motion.
The Ripple Base leaves a distinctive grooved pattern on the surface of the coffee bed. The self-leveling design helps keep the tamper parallel to the basket, reducing the risk of uneven or angled tamping.
Made from SUS304 stainless steel, aluminium alloy and walnut wood, the CD Series Tamper combines precise functionality with a premium finish. Available in 51 mm, 53.35 mm and 58.35 mm, it is suitable for a range of portafilter sizes and espresso setups.
RIPPLE BASE
The specially textured Ripple Base creates a consistent grooved pattern on the surface of the coffee bed during tamping, giving the tamper its distinctive base design.
SELF-LEVELING DESIGN
The integrated leveling mechanism helps keep the tamper parallel to the top of the basket, reducing the risk of uneven or angled tamping.
SPRING-ASSISTED MECHANISM
The integrated spring supports a controlled tamping motion and automatically returns the mechanism to its starting position after tamping.
UP TO 23 MM TAMPING DEPTH
The design allows a tamping depth of up to approximately 23 mm, providing flexibility for different coffee doses and baskets.
PREMIUM MATERIALS
The combination of SUS304 stainless steel, aluminium alloy and walnut wood provides a robust construction with a premium look and feel.
