PRECISION CONTROL FOR ESPRESSO & POUR OVER

The MHW-3BOMBER Cube Coffee Scale 3.0 Pro Max is a precision digital coffee scale designed for espresso, pour over and filter coffee. Featuring 0.1 g readability, a 0.3–2,000 g weighing range, real-time flow-rate display and dedicated brewing modes, it provides detailed control over every stage of your brewing process.

Its generous 150 × 150 mm weighing platform provides plenty of room for portafilters, coffee cups and larger pour-over servers.

0.1 G READABILITY & 2,000 G CAPACITY

The scale measures from 0.3 g with 0.1 g readability and supports a maximum weight of 2,000 g.

This makes it suitable for precise coffee dosing as well as monitoring espresso and pour-over recipes.

180° FULL-VIEW DIGITAL DISPLAY

The large 180° Full-View Digital Display makes key brewing information easy to read from different viewing angles.

Weight, time and other brewing data remain clearly visible throughout preparation.

REAL-TIME FLOW RATE

During brewing, the scale can display the current pouring flow rate in g/s.

For pour-over brewing in particular, real-time flow-rate monitoring helps you maintain a more controlled pouring technique and reproduce recipes more consistently.

3 BREWING MODES

The Cube 3.0 Pro Max offers three dedicated operating modes:

Manual Mode
Manual control of weighing, timer and tare functions for customised espresso and filter-coffee recipes.

Pour-Over Mode
Automatically tracks key brewing information including coffee weight, water weight, brewing time, brew ratio and real-time flow rate.

Espresso Mode
Designed for espresso preparation with automatic tare and timer functions triggered by detected liquid flow.

AUTO TARE & AUTO TIMER

Automatic functions reduce the number of manual inputs required during brewing.

Depending on the selected mode, the scale can detect relevant weight or liquid changes and automatically control tare and timing functions.

LARGE 150 × 150 MM PLATFORM

Measuring 150 × 150 × 30 mm, the Pro Max provides considerably more working space than a compact espresso scale.

It is suitable for:

• portafilters
• espresso and cappuccino cups
• pour-over drippers
• larger coffee servers
• dosing coffee beans

3000 MAH RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

The integrated 3000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 72 hours of battery life, depending on display brightness and power-saving settings.

Charging is handled conveniently via USB-C.

ADJUSTABLE STANDBY TIME

Automatic standby can be configured for 10 minutes, 30 minutes or ON (always on).

While in sleep mode, the scale can be reactivated by touching a button or placing an item weighing more than 50 g on the platform.
