PRODUCT INFORMATION
- PRECISE MAKES COFFEE TASTIER: The influence of the filter basket on espresso extraction is determined by the number and size of the holes in its base. These holes are referred to as the Total Open Area (TOA). The DEX precision filter basket features 872 high-precision filter holes, which help increase the extraction rate and produce more crema.
- STRAIGHT, FLAT BASE DESIGN: Helps to evenly distribute consistent tamping. Please check that your portafilter depth is compatible with this 58mm basket. The Oster machine is not compatible with this basket.
- STEPPED HOLES AND RECTANGULAR ARRANGEMENT: Help to drain water evenly and improve EXT.

Made of AISI304: Integrated form, solid and durable. The lower logo is laser-printed and has no adverse effect on extraction.

All orders are shipped directly from stock.
The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING COUNTRIES/REGIONS
- Shipping to Austria and Germany costs €10 per order.
- Shipping to all other EU countries is €15 per order.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once the goods are on their way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@mhw3bomber.at.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
