The MHW-3BOMBER RDT Spray Bottle is designed for the Ross Droplet Technique (RDT) in coffee preparation. A fine mist of water applied to coffee beans helps reduce static electricity during grinding.
The result is less coffee spray, fewer grounds sticking to surfaces and a cleaner workflow – particularly useful for single-dose coffee grinding.
FINE MIST SPRAYER FOR RDT
The fine spray distributes a small amount of water evenly across the coffee beans. Just a light spray can help reduce electrostatic charge generated during grinding.

ROTATING PROTECTED SPRAY NOZZLE
The spray nozzle can be opened by rotating it and closed again when not in use. Its compact design helps protect the nozzle and keeps the bottle neat on your coffee station.

WHAT IS RDT?
RDT stands for Ross Droplet Technique.
The technique involves applying a very small amount of water to coffee beans immediately before grinding. This helps reduce the electrostatic charge generated during the grinding process.
RDT is particularly popular for single-dose grinding and can be used when preparing coffee for both espresso and filter brewing.
Only a very small amount of water is required. The goal is to lightly mist the beans, not make them wet.
HOW TO USE
- Place your desired dose of coffee beans in a dosing cup or container.
- Rotate the nozzle to expose the sprayer.
- Lightly spray the beans once or twice.
- Gently shake or stir the beans to distribute the moisture.
- Grind immediately as usual.
