PRODUCT INFORMATION
- PRACTICAL COFFEE DOSING RING: The espresso dosing funnel is a very practical espresso accessory that prevents coffee waste and stains in the bar. Using the coffee ring increases the contact area and height, allowing the coffee grounds to flow smoothly into the basket, significantly reducing mess and effort during coffee preparation.
- Outward-facing locking design: The magnetic funnel is attached to the outer ring of the portafilter, so it doesn't occupy the interior of the filter basket. This not only increases the amount of coffee grounds collected but also reduces the dent around the basket after the grounds have been gathered.
- NON-SLIP SILICONE ON THE SURFACE: A thoughtful non-slip silicone design has been applied to the surface of the coffee powder funnel, which not only prevents slipping but also maximizes the protection of the measuring ring.
- MODERN MATERIAL: The 58mm espresso coffee measuring ring is made of a high-quality aluminum alloy that is resistant to rust and corrosion and can be used for a long time. (Note: This coffee dosing funnel is only suitable for 58mm coffee portafilters.)

SHIPPING COUNTRIES/REGIONS
- Shipping to Austria and Germany costs €10 per order.
- Shipping to all other EU countries is €15 per order.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once the goods are on their way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@mhw3bomber.at.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
