OUR FACTORY

In 2021, Bomber Coffee Equipment Manufacturing (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. was officially established in Zhongshan, a region brimming with manufacturing vitality. The choice of Zhongshan as the factory location was no coincidence. Situated in the heart of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, Zhongshan's integrated design, research and development, and production capabilities allow for rapid delivery of products to customers within three days via international ports and numerous transportation routes, with the fastest domestic delivery arriving the next day. Simultaneously, the company's ability to quickly source raw materials through ports ensures a stable supply chain, a crucial factor in supporting the global expansion of our brand.

The factory spans an impressive 20,000 square meters and features dedicated areas for storage (8,000 square meters), production (8,500 square meters), technical support (1,000 square meters), and offices (2,500 square meters). Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including multiple CNC machines such as CNC machine tools, mill-turn combination machines, and CNC lathes, the new facility ensures robust production support. Innovative assembly lines, including non-molded assembly lines, and multi-unit workbenches further enhance productivity and product quality. High-precision testing equipment guarantees compliance with national quality standards, with comprehensive inspections conducted throughout the entire production process to ensure consistent product quality.

On the factory's first floor – the storage area – different types of raw materials are stored in separate areas according to their properties to prevent cross-contamination. Some raw materials have strict requirements regarding humidity and temperature. Excessive humidity can damage the product. Temperature and humidity are monitored in the storage area to ensure suitable storage conditions. At the same time, the products are regularly inspected for damage or loss of quality to ensure they are in good condition before shipment.

The heart of the factory is the production area with high-precision intelligent devices that allow R&D concepts to be quickly implemented in production.

CNC machine tools are mainly used for machining various complex structural parts in products, such as internal metal parts, grinding axes, etc., and can achieve extremely high precision through program control to ensure that each part meets design standards.

Turning and milling combination machines are used for machining the heating plate of a product or the blade of a grinding machine, etc. They offer both high-precision machining of rotating parts and milling of complex surfaces, and can complete the process in a single pass.

Conventional methods may require multiple clamping of workpieces for different machining operations. This system allows turning and milling operations to be performed in a single clamping, improving efficiency and accuracy.

The factory's defense line is the quality control area. Here, coordinate measuring machines, optical inspection equipment, laser measuring devices, and other testing equipment are used to rigorously inspect the size, shape, appearance, durability, and other aspects of the products. As a final line of inspection, any products that do not meet standards are rejected. X-ray inspection measures the quality of internal welds, the assembly of mechanical parts, and other components to ensure that the product structure is flawless before leaving the factory. Intelligent mechanical equipment ensures that every component of the product is manufactured to high standards, guaranteeing its durability and aesthetic appeal, and ultimately enhancing the product's competitiveness in the market.
