PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Turbo design philosophy: The design idea is based on the rotation of the turbine, which is better suited to the high-speed rotation of the milk and leads to a higher degree of foam melting.
- Thickened and safe materials: High-quality and thickened austenitic 304 stainless steel, which is more durable, safer and more environmentally friendly, as well as wear-resistant and easy to clean.
- Ergonomic grip: The underside of the grip features a double-arch design that fits your fingers better and, due to its precise thickness and width, is ideal for various cylinder grip styles.
- Eagle Mouth and the double diversion ditch: The second oscillation period is made more pronounced by the front and rear double diversion ditch, which also contributes to the abundant milk flow. The oscillation lines are more distinct thanks to the unique Eagle Spout shape, and you can create various patterns as desired.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING COUNTRIES/REGIONS
- Shipping to Austria and Germany costs €10 per order.
- Shipping to all other EU countries is €15 per order.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.
Note: These shipping costs will only be displayed at checkout after you have entered your address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once the goods are on their way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@mhw3bomber.at.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
