PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Professional: The dial thermometer is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is durable and has a long service life. You can use it without hesitation.
- Portable and easy to use: This coffee thermometer is easy to use and can be put in a pocket or backpack. It is very suitable for home, office, travel, camping, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- When pouring boiling water into a pour-over kettle, the temperature is approximately 90°C;
- When measuring, the temperature probe should be immersed at least 5cm deep into the liquid;
- The actual temperature of continuously boiling water is 100°C.
- The higher the altitude, the lower the boiling point;
- The water temperature in a water dispenser is approximately 70°C–80°C.
- This product is not an electronic precision thermometer. It may be affected by external factors during use and is intended for auxiliary use only.
Note: The vent valve of the 400 ml Planet Pour-Over Kettle is too small and cannot be used with this temperature probe.
All orders are shipped directly from stock.
The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING COUNTRIES/REGIONS
- Shipping to Austria and Germany costs €10 per order.
- Shipping to all other EU countries is €15 per order.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.
Note: These shipping costs will only be displayed at checkout after you have entered your address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once the goods are on their way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@mhw3bomber.at.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
