PRODUCT INFORMATION
Haibin Lin, a PCA-certified competition judge and champion of the 2016 Barista Latte Art Competition, has teamed up with the MHW-3BOMBER research and development team to create the perfect latte art pitcher.
The focus of the collaboration was on achieving the ideal pouring angle, the ideal body curve, grip comfort and overall aesthetics.
The GT Milk Pitcher Matte White is not only designed as a tool, but also to expand the creativity of a barista and offers endless possibilities for artistic expression.
- Innovative square jug body: The unique shape of the jug allows the milk to be distributed over a larger area with smaller angles of inclination, thus ensuring a dynamic and powerful latte art experience.
- U-shaped spout: The oval, 8° U-shaped spout offers a clear view for precise pouring, ideal for symmetrical designs. The wider opening ensures a faster milk flow, while the extended guide groove provides stable and controlled pouring.
- Diamond handle: The diamond-shaped handle is ergonomically designed and offers better grip, control, and stability when pouring. The result is cleaner, more defined latte art.
- Angled base design: The 110° inclined base ensures more even pouring of the foam with less residue. The triangular shape improves milk rotation, contributes to finer, silkier foam, and makes cleaning the pitcher easier.
All orders are shipped directly from stock.
The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING COUNTRIES/REGIONS
- Shipping to Austria and Germany costs €10 per order.
- Shipping to all other EU countries is €15 per order.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.
Note: These shipping costs will only be displayed at checkout after you have entered your address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind immediately after placing your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once the goods are on their way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at office@mhw3bomber.at.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
